AFTER crosses the Atlantic Ocean.

Sophie-Andrée Blondin and the team of "Bien dans son assiette”, were interested in the promotion of the African traditional food through the AFTER project. Radio Canada broadcasted the radio report on December the 8th.

Further to the AFTER Congress and in connection with themes approached by the broadcast, from production to consumption, the floor has been given to Mathilde BOUCHER, AFTER vice-coordinator, to clarify the objectives of the project before discussing about traditional foods and their potential.

The radio report, broadcasted on December the 8th 2014, in "Bien dans son assiette”, a radio program from Quebec handling diverse subjects touching agriculture and food. The radio report is available on-line (in French) on the Radio Canada website.
